**About the Role:**

Our client is a multi-award-winning financial services firm that offers a diversified full-service business model supporting clients throughout all their important financial decisions.

With expertise in Home Loans, Asset Finance, Accounting, Property Investment, and Financial Planning, our client has five locations across the country and over 50 staff.

**Key Benefits:**

A competitive salary of $120-$150k plus Super plus Bonus (220k OTE), hybrid flexible working arrangements, a young and vibrant team, opportunities for equity, and full admin support.

**Responsibilities:**

Provide quality strategic advice on superannuation, investments, insurance, and cash flow/budgeting. Work closely with support staff and paraplanners to generate compliant advice. Maintain professional relationships with clients in a fee-for-service environment. Identify opportunities and manage leads with referral sources.

**Requirements:**

At least 2 years of experience as a financial advisor, a related degree or graduate diploma, FASEA compliance, familiarity with XPlan software, passion for helping others and providing impartial advice, excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to multitask and manage workflows in a busy environment, and strong written and oral communication skills.
