The organisation is an innovative entity that specialises in the production and distribution of high-performance sports and outdoor products.

A strategic opportunity has arisen for a seasoned finance professional with strong commercial acumen to support the growth of our dynamic ANZ team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this new role will focus on delivering timely financial insights across various business units and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis to drive business performance and forecasting;
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles to ensure accurate predictions and optimal resource allocation;
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse KPIs, trends, and variances to inform data-driven decision-making;
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure robust internal controls and SOX compliance by partnering with the Internal Controls Manager;
  • Sales, Margin & Cost Optimisation: Analyse sales performance across channels to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction;
  • Retail Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and provide financial analysis to support expansion plans;
  • Channel Strategy: Develop financial strategies to grow Retail, B2B, and E-commerce channels and support the execution of local and global strategic projects;
  • Business Partnering: Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights and promote informed decision-making;
  • Team Leadership & Project Support: Mentor junior team members and promote a high-performance culture within the team.
