Strategic Financial Leader Opportunity. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to drive financial planning and analysis for our business. This is a high-impact role that partners across departments to drive commercial outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and deliver financial insights that shape the future of our brand.

This role requires leading the commercial build of annual budgets, long-term plans, and monthly forecasts. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals. As the primary financial advisor to business units, you will provide insights on profitability, resource allocation, and investment feasibility. Additionally, you will drive month-end close processes, variance analysis, and performance reporting to ensure accurate financial outcomes.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Member of a professional accounting body
  • 5-10 years of finance and management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP/BI/BPC experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
