Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst Role Overview

This is a highly sought-after position within our Automotive division, responsible for providing strategic financial insights and supporting decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the annual budgeting and long-range forecast process, encompassing identification of key initiatives and investment requirements.
  • Support monthly forecasting process, ensuring alignment across the Division.
  • Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and drive performance.
  • Analyse monthly and quarterly financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to divisional and regional leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in an FP & A Analyst or Commercial Analyst position, with FMCG, Manufacturing or Retail Industry experience desirable.
  • Competent from an analytical and numeric perspective and able to effectively communicate to non-financial team members.
