Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Insights Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in financial services to deliver strategic insights through reporting and analysis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the development of financial models and forecasts using advanced Excel tools and Power BI, enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.
  • Analyse business metrics to provide actionable recommendations to senior finance stakeholders, driving process improvements and cost savings.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with finance partners and business stakeholders, fostering open communication and alignment.
  • Deliver high-quality financial reports and presentations to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in financial performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall organizational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory).
  • 2+ years' experience in financial services, ideally with insurance exposure, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX) and familiarity with TM1, Oracle, and Power BI, enabling seamless data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
