Human Resources Officer

This is a permanent full-time position commencing in the new year.
The successful applicant will ideally possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment, engaging with staff and the wider community to achieve optimal educational outcomes.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Executive and Leadership teams to ensure that relief is strategically allocated, effective, and cost-efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relief coordination and related duties in alignment with college requirements

The successful applicant should have strong organisational skills to meet deadlines, maintain high standards of confidentiality, and fulfill planning and compliance requirements across various areas to enhance outcomes for both staff and students.
Requirements- Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa with relevant work rights
- Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check
