Job Description

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management roles within the commercial cleaning industry or related sectors.

  • Prospect and engage with potential clients to understand their commercial cleaning needs and requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the scope of work and provide tailored cleaning solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and quotations based on client specifications.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless implementation of cleaning services.
  • Oversee the execution of cleaning contracts to ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients to foster strong relationships and address feedback.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality cleaning products and equipment.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles.
  • Strong understanding of commercial cleaning services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
