Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menu strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of chefs and cooks in the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in a theme park or corporate events setting.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A comprehensive understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
