  • Manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, including event catering.
  • Inspire and lead a dynamic team with smart rostering, training, and development.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, promotions, upselling, and menu innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and quality standards.
  • Monitor quality through regular audits and guest feedback.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, inventory, and monthly financial reviews.
  • Champion sustainability through efficient waste management and recycling.
  • Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategy and reporting.

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in hospitality.
  • Has previous experience in pre-opening or restaurant launch (an advantage).
  • Holds a current Food Safety Certificate.
  • Has a valid open 'C' class driver's license.
  • Is confident in supplier communication and inventory control.
  • Brings strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a practical mindset.
  • Thrives under pressure and leads with positivity and initiative.
  • Communicates clearly and adapts to different audiences.
  • Is committed to outstanding customer service and safety.
  • Has experience in the leisure or attractions industry (a bonus).
