
Executive Culinary Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Higher, and Community and Health Services - Food Safety Supervisor Certification. They will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
About The Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning: Assist with designing nutritious and diverse menus that cater to the dietary requirements of residents.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals using fresh ingredients and adhering to proper food handling and food safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure all meals meet high-quality standards in taste, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Inventory & Budget Management: Manage the kitchen's stock levels and budget efficiently.
- Certificate III or IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Higher.
