Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes
- Manage employee relations and investigations, ensuring a fair and equitable workplace
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement talent acquisition processes
The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources, business, or a related field, with experience in case managing employee relations issues, influencing senior leadership, and managing multi-disciplinary projects. You will also possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to coach people leaders, and a self-awareness of your own strengths and weaknesses.
