About the Role

Frontline Human Resources is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a male participant in Hervey Bay, QLD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Point of Contact: Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for support workers during shift times, providing immediate guidance and addressing clinical concerns raised.
  • Health Status Assessments: Conduct regular assessments of the participant's health status, monitoring and documenting any changes in their condition and ensuring prompt response times.
  • Care Plan Development: Collaborate with Allied Health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care plans are in place.
  • Communication and Training: Facilitate communication between support workers and Allied Health professionals to implement necessary adjustments to the participant's care, provide ongoing training to support staff, and ensure all consumables related to the participant's care are stocked, stored, and used correctly.
  • Clinical Document Accuracy: Oversee the accuracy of the participant's clinical documents and raise any significant concerns or changes in their condition to the clinical coordinator.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents or issues that arise during the course of care.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6-12 months' experience working as a Registered Nurse.

  • Transportation: Access to a car, driver's license, and insurance.
