Colleague Culture Role

The Colleague & Culture (C&C) Adviser plays a pivotal role in supporting the business to develop and implement high-performance culture strategies.

As a key member of the operational team, you will provide strategic advice to people leaders and colleagues. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality C&C services, including guidance on people matters, process optimization, project management, and recruitment support.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and deliver key initiatives that drive outcomes for members. This includes managing colleague queries, coordinating team requirements, and preparing information packs and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of high-performance culture strategies
  • Provide guidance on people matters and process optimization
  • Manage colleague queries and coordinate team requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to organizational values
  • At least 3 years' experience as a human resources practitioner
  • Strong IT acumen, including prior use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
