As a key member of an Organisational Development team, you will play a central role in shaping high-performance culture.

Job Overview

We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team. This role will be instrumental in delivering performance management processes, building leader capability, and championing initiatives that underpin long-term success.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, and calibrations.
Drive the implementation and ongoing embedment of performance framework.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to activate culture, improve goal quality, and support leadership capability.
Embed leadership principles into performance practices and development programs.
Use data and analytics to track adoption, engagement, and impact, ensuring continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance challenges and opportunities.

About You

You're a people-focused professional who thrives on building performance and culture. You'll bring:
A degree qualification in Business and/or Human Resources.
5+ years' experience in HR or organisational development, ideally in a performance and culture focused role.
Experience in delivering performance management processes, frameworks, or culture initiatives across complex organisations.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
