Performance & Culture Manager Job

This is a high-performance role for a seasoned professional who can drive strategic change and enhance organizational culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing people operations that align with the company's vision and goals.

  • Lead a team of P&C Coordinators and a Talent Acquisition Specialist in delivering exceptional results.
  • Design and optimize systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance and fairness.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Performance Management: Develop frameworks for goal-setting, feedback, reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  2. Talent Acquisition: Design and execute strategies for hiring top talent, including creating job descriptions, managing interview processes, and developing offer letters.
  3. Culture Development: Embed rituals and practices that foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  4. Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure fair and prompt resolution of employee concerns and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and systems while maintaining high levels of quality and service delivery.
  • Strong expertise in performance management, talent acquisition, and cultural development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
