People and Culture Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Manager to join our organisation in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days in office.

Lululemon is an innovative performance apparel company that creates transformational products and experiences to support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well.

As a member of the People and Culture Business Partnering team, you will work with a passionate and efficient team to lead a diverse retail People and Culture function with unique values and culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing P&C priorities and deliverables to the Retail organisation
  • Leveraging business understanding to identify issues, diagnose root causes, provide insights, and develop solutions
  • Providing insights and feedback to internal teams and leaders
  • Acting as a key business and P&C intermediary to translate business strategy to inform P&C and P&C strategy to inform the business

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management or Organisational Psychology) Degree and 8+ years of working experience as a manager in full spectrum of human resources capacity.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand business drivers are essential skills for this role. Additionally, experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to enable informed decision making and coaching and developing team capabilities are highly valued.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about People and Culture and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organisation.
