Program Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex initiatives in the health sector, focusing on contact centre and telephony transformation, cloud platforms (AWS and Microsoft), and product/service development.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end program delivery, operational readiness, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-stream programs involving health sector transformation, contact centre, and telephony solutions.
  • Oversee solution delivery leveraging AWS and Microsoft platforms.
  • Drive product and service development from inception through launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure program governance, risk management, and compliance with sector regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Manage program-level reporting, benefits tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Support operational readiness, workforce transition, and post-implementation optimisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong domain knowledge in health, contact centre operations, and telephony systems.
  • Hands-on experience delivering solutions using AWS and Microsoft cloud platforms.
  • Track record in product/service development and operational management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and governance skills.
  • Strong financial, schedule, and risk management capability.
