Job Title: Marketing and Brand Strategist

We are seeking a creative and organized marketing professional to support our marketing activities across the hotel on a fixed-term contract. This role will involve working closely with the Marketing Manager and team to deliver campaigns, create content, and maintain our online and offline presence in line with brand standards.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have strong copywriting skills and a flair for storytelling. Experience with social media, EDM campaigns, and content management is essential, as well as knowledge of marketing principles and digital channels. A degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or similar (preferred) will also be beneficial.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Supporting national and regional marketing campaigns by collaborating with suppliers, advertisers, and commercial teams to ensure brand consistency.
  2. Assisting with content creation, including videography, photography, blogs, and electronic direct mail to showcase our hotel, restaurant, and beach bar.
  3. Managing content across channels such as global distribution systems, online travel agencies (OTAs), our website, external listings, and central reservations office.
  4. Working with PR agencies and influencers to secure media coverage for our rooms, dining, events, and leisure offerings.
  5. Supporting the design and delivery of creative assets, including copywriting, imagery, and layouts.
  6. Assisting with EDM marketing to engage audiences and drive bookings, especially during peak periods.
  7. Supporting food & beverage promotions for Meribella and Terrigal Beach House, as well as marketing for meetings and events.
