Job Title: Organisational Design and Structure Specialist

About the Role:

  • Develop functional accountabilities for divisions, branches, and units, mapping current and future state accountabilities to account for any changes.
  • Design organisational structures aligned to the operating model organisation design principles and characteristics.
  • Create detailed organisational structure charts, ensuring alignment to organisational workforce data and resolving anomalies.
  • Drive consistency across Divisions and Branches in organisation and role design approach.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders and enabling functions to develop fit-for-purpose materials.
  • Provide oversight, quality assurance, and coordination for the preparation of role descriptions and job evaluation processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in organisational design and change management in a large complex organisation.
  • Ability to multitask and work to timeframes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
