Office Manager Role

The Office Manager is a key administrative professional responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office spaces, manage supplies and equipment inventory to ensure optimal working conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with signage requirements and safety protocols.
  • Organise team events to foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Manage internal content to keep staff informed and up-to-date.

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and stock distribution.

Requirements:
