**The Opportunity**

We are recruiting a Team Executive (Legal Secretary) to join our Melbourne office on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Team Executives and Team Assistants provide proactive and effective general administration assistance to lawyers and practice executives across a diverse range of tasks.

As the Team Executive, you will work closely with the hub/practice executive team lead to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hub, providing additional support to the Team Assistants. You will monitor requests and act as the first point of escalation within the hub team.

Development within the Team Executive role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior legal secretarial or strong administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment is essential.
  • A proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties, is required.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively are necessary.
  • Demonstrating initiative and strong client focus is crucial.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Behaving in a professional manner and being personable and approachable at all times is expected.
