The Operations Support Administrator role is pivotal in supporting the Finance and Accounts Team. It also involves coordinating tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts.
This position requires effective liaison with the service team and Site Management to ensure the successful completion of tasks within CMMS systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining data accuracy and records related to assets and maintenance

- Liaising with technicians daily to ensure SLA performance meets KPIs
