Job Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance to join a dynamic team as a Maintenance Coordinator. As part of this position, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between maintenance teams and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with relevant teams to publish maintenance schedules considering operational requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance intervals according to operational needs
  • Regularly update the CMMS to ensure all sites have the latest asset information and policies in line with OEM standards
  • Procure spare parts, tools, and equipment
  • Monitor and review maintenance tasks against agreed timings
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers
Required Skills:
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time management abilities and capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CMMS, and other Windows-based software
  • Technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance
