About the Role
  • Coordinate maintenance activities across a fleet of field equipment.
  • Ensure breakdown repairs and planned work are executed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe workplace and coordinate the Field Maintenance team.
  • Drive continuous business improvement using problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking.
  • Assist in completing analysis of equipment failures to identify effective solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • You must be a confident leader with experience driving high performance.
  • Candidates should offer coaching and support to drive high performance.
  • Trade level qualifications in mechanical or electrical fields combined with open cut mining experience are essential.
  • Previous experience in a field maintenance supervisory role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills and computer literacy are required.
