About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to facilitate effective communication between maintenance teams and operational staff. The successful candidate will ensure that all maintenance activities align with operational requirements and timelines.

  • Liaise with relevant teams to publish maintenance schedules considering operational needs
  • Coordinate maintenance intervals in line with operational requirements
  • Regular upkeep of the CMMS to ensure all sites have up-to-date asset information and policies in accordance with OEM guidelines
  • Procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment
  • Monitoring and reviewing maintenance tasks against agreed timings
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, meticulous attention to detail, high accuracy for data entry, ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CMMS and other windows-based software

Technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering

Knowledge of plant maintenance
