
Support Coordinator

This is a newly created role that requires a Support Coordinator to provide operational support to the Manager of School Infrastructure in coordinating and delivering capital development and major maintenance programs for schools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings and taking minutes, compiling and preparing reports, administering work orders and document management for maintenance files, and supporting the development and improvement of policies, operating systems, and facilities operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings

- Administering work orders and document management for maintenance files
Required skills and experience include:
- Prior experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced organisation
- Exposure to using facilities maintenance software and creating new records and reports an advantage
- Practical experience in writing reports
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
