
Insurance Account Relationship Manager

The role of Account Relationship Manager is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to develop and maintain effective client relationships by understanding their needs and proactively responding to them.
This involves implementing renewal and broking strategies tailored to client requirements, processing billing requests and gathering information for quotes efficiently, building and maintaining strong working relationships with insurers and assisting in negotiations, and managing outstanding renewals, credit control, and necessary reporting for the client portfolio.
A successful candidate will have a Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher, clear and effective communication skills, ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team, strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
