We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to support our commercial insurance account servicing activities. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in managing existing relationships and expanding business opportunities through expert consultation services.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Nurturing and growing existing client relationships
  • Managing renewals, document issuance, and all aspects of account servicing within strict timelines
  • Handling non-renewals, cancellations, and renewals with professionalism
  • Preparing tailored submissions that resonate with clients


To be successful in this position, candidates must have:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years experience in commercial insurance account servicing
  • Possess a valid P&C license
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of insurance products and documentation
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Applied/EPIC/TAM AMS360
  • Balances independent work with collaborative teamwork and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
