We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Marsh. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing insurance solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing expert advice.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any issues that arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tier 1 qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of Strata Insurance Products and Services is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills with a proven track record of providing high-quality customer service.
