Senior Laboratory Coordinator

The Laboratory Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of laboratory operations.
This position is responsible for leading a team and ensuring the smooth operation of the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of future laboratory technicians to ensure efficient and safe operation of the lab.
- Ensuring compliance with testing requirements, including NATA standards.
- Liaising with Technical Supervisors on customer-related tasks, such as technical disputes and data acquisition.
- Coordinating site visits to maintain quality assurance for customers.
- 5 years' experience in construction materials testing – concrete and aggregates.
- Certificate III in Lab Operations or prior NATA signatory from an approved NATA laboratory.
- Strong analytical skills to present complex analyses as management information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
