Senior Laboratory Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced laboratory professional to join our team in Regional Victoria.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating laboratory activities, conducting various tests, and supporting quality management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate laboratory activities to ensure timely completion of analyses.
  • Conduct chemical and microbiological analyses, and interpret results.
  • Support quality management with compliance and continual improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of laboratory experience, with a focus on chemistry.
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience within the food industry.
  • Solid analytical skills, with knowledge of microbiology and chemistry.
  • HPLC operation and systems management experience ideal.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
