Customer Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global operations team as a customer support advisor in Melbourne.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the voice of our trusted brand, providing high-level customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

Reporting into our Contact Support Team Leader, you'll work closely with our fitness and wellbeing consumers, supporting them with their queries and concerns.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Managing telephone and email communication from clients and their customers
  • Resolving first-line customer queries related to payment contracts and contractual relationships
  • Escalating complex issues and reporting any necessary updates
  • Engaging with customers regarding overdue balances and collecting payments in line with relevant policies

You will also have the opportunity to engage with customers to resolve any issues they may have, and to build strong relationships with our clients.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document information clearly
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
