Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and maintaining the bookings diary
  • Updating and communicating with customers on a regular basis
  • Raising and quoting repair orders
  • Computing costs, maintaining bill of materials and calculating rates for parts and service
  • Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. You will also need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
