About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a national based portfolio of motor claims and handle inbound/outbound calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and provide the best possible outcomes for our customers.
  • Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.

About You

  • You'll have a high level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
  • Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable.
  • You'll be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • You'll be confident to learn, access and use different systems and software.
  • You'll have strong attention to detail.
  • You'll be a team player with a focus on supporting and respecting others.
