Key Responsibilities
Managing claims across various risk classes, including Property, Public Liability, or Professional Indemnity.
Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure open communication.
Maintaining and building relationships with insurers and the global Aon network.
Reserving and investigating initial claims.
Providing timely lodgment of claims.
Offering advice to clients on claim mitigation and management.
Providing effective presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
Managing the claim lifecycle from notification through to closure.
Developing strong client relationships to facilitate successful outcomes.

We're inviting experienced Legal professionals or Insurance Claims experts to join our experienced Claims team, supporting a portfolio of global and corporate clients.
We currently have permanent and contract opportunities available.
The successful candidate will provide clients with full claims management support from start to finish in an advisory role.
This individual will take on the responsibility of being a subject matter expert to the client and Aon's wider company, offering training and support to colleagues.
Requirements
At least 2 years of legal background or 3-4 years of experience working as a Claims Consultant at an Insurer.
Experience taking on additional role responsibilities with the ability to take on senior tasks.
A strong customer service focus.
Strong prioritization and time management skills.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders.
Outcome-focused with the ability to overcome obstacles and deliver designated outcomes.
