The Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) plays a crucial role in supporting the operational readiness and effectiveness of Defence Forces worldwide. As an EFB specialist, you will be responsible for providing front-line technical support, training, and guidance to users, ensuring seamless integration and use of EFB hardware and software.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and resolve user queries and issues related to EFB hardware and software.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency with EFB systems.
  • Maintain and update documentation, knowledge bases, and other resources to support user needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define system architecture, develop test plans, and execute testing.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of EFB systems, including hardware and software components.

  • Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 or NV2) is required.
