Aircraft Maintenance Career Opportunity

As part of our strategic expansion into aviation education, we are seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers with rotary-wing experience to instruct and mentor the next generation. You will lead theoretical and practical training sessions while providing exceptional support to students and staff.

No prior instruction experience is necessary; however, previous training or mentoring roles will be highly regarded. We value technical knowledge, a growth mindset, and a passion for aviation.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Practical rotary-wing aircraft maintenance experience
  • Diploma of Aeroskills (Mechanical or Avionics) preferred; Certificate IV in Aeroskills also considered
  • Current CASA category B1 or B2 licence highly regarded, along with training or mentoring experience

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a small team, possess well-developed problem-solving skills, strong organisational abilities, and an enthusiastic attitude towards aviation.
