Key Responsibilities:

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and service objectives within designated territories. You will be accountable for marketing and promoting products, solutions, and services to existing and potential customers while adhering to organizational policies and directives.

  • Continuously analyze customer and territory sales trends, reporting periodically to management.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on territory needs to ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Support and negotiate new agreements, manage contract renewals, and coordinate contract implementation with sales, marketing, customer service, and warehousing teams.
  • Cultivate creative strategies to convert prospective customers from competitors into new customers.
  • Maintain relationships with influential thought leaders to expand market share.
  • Report product issues, loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies affecting local sales to management.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures is effectively implemented at the territory level.
