Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Implementation Specialist to spearhead the implementation of a new Salesforce CRM system. This role is crucial in streamlining processes across various business units and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing business needs, defining system requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment and integration of the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will guide the implementation and help optimize the system for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements specific to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of current sales processes and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with other critical business applications to ensure a seamless data flow and comprehensive view of customer interactions.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups to ensure that all team members are equipped to effectively use Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Salesforce implementation and continuously monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years dedicated to CRM projects specifically focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including hands-on implementation and configuration, with a Salesforce certification highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in managing systems integration projects, particularly involving Salesforce and other business applications, with experience with APIs and middleware solutions a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements within Salesforce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Environment:

This role will require an initial period of working in the office to facilitate collaboration and rapid project onboarding, followed by a hybrid work model allowing for 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, based on market rates and industry standards.
