We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technology Expert to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, you will work alongside like-minded individuals to deliver thought-leading transformational solutions using the world's number one digital platform.

A strong understanding of Salesforce technology is essential for this role, with a focus on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud. You will have experience in APEX development, Lightning components, and complex Salesforce configuration.

In this position, you will:

  • Utilize your technical expertise to provide consultative services to clients and drive customer value through innovative solutions.
  • Partner closely with our development team to analyze, design, code, and unit test Salesforce solutions.
  • Contribute to the success of our projects by actively participating in development workstreams.
  • Guide our clients in best practices and help them achieve their goals using Salesforce technology.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Demonstrated understanding of client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs.
  • Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services, and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
  • Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Service; or Community Cloud.
