Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Care and Quality Management: Ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients, aligning with industry standards and our internal Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, support, and mentor a small team of Client Coordinators, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Service Excellence: Innovate and implement care processes that meet industry and legal standards, ensuring our clients receive exceptional care.
  • Client Relations: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, responding to their needs with compassion and efficiency.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a genuine passion for aged care and proven ability to lead and inspire a team dedicated to client well-being. You should excel in building strong relationships, have a keen understanding of client needs, and be committed to maintaining the highest levels of service.

A minimum Diploma in Community Services, along with experience in client care and team management, is essential. Additionally, applicants must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
