Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Team Member to join our team. This key role plays a crucial part in delivering store operations activities and supporting a sales-focused culture.
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver effective store administration, manage cash handling and banking integrity, and handle customer transactions with ease.
Key Responsibilities- Tender transactions, manage systems access and data integrity, and process web sales and extended warranty claims efficiently.
- Manage telephone enquiries and marketing activity, contributing to financial performance through inventory management and expense control.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store experience for customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and contribute to our brand reputation through quality merchandising and presentation.
- Improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and development opportunities.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and improve sales performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing business needs.
