Administrative Support Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join our team in Mandurah.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills to provide support to clients who have been injured at work, in motor vehicle accidents or have public liability claims.

Our aim is to assist our clients, provide expert advice and help manage them through the process to achieve their entitlements financially and settle at the right time.

About You:

You will be an experienced admin professional who has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to dealing with people. You thrive in a busy role and have the initiative to take on additional tasks when required.

Previous experience within the legal sector is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for a system-driven professional who can effectively communicate with clients.

The Opportunity:

You will play a key role within our team. Your main objective will be to take details from prospective clients and schedule them to meet with one of our solicitors.

Your duties will include responding to client enquiries via the telephone, taking detailed notes to pass on to solicitors and following established procedures to open client files.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • Previous experience in an Admin based role involving telephone enquiries
  • Experience within the legal industry is beneficial but not necessary
  • A friendly phone manner, positive attitude and ability to empathise with clients
  • The confidence to take details from clients without becoming flustered
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to handle a fast-paced office environment and sympathise with clients who may be stressed over the phone
