Chief Client Advocate

The Client Experience Manager plays a vital role in supporting our care management team, driving business growth and maintaining quality standards.
This senior-level position requires strong leadership skills, clinical knowledge, and experience in managing care services for home care clients.
- Represent the business as a professional leader in aged care and advocate for our brand within the community.
- Provide daily guidance to Care Managers to support an effective caregiver workforce and ensure client satisfaction.
- Review clients to drive business growth, implement strategies for future growth, and identify improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing or clinical experience, with previous experience leading and managing a team. They will also possess a strong understanding of community-based care and support services, as well as Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations.

- Maintaining quality standards across all care services.
