Strong relationships with internal teams and clients will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Field new client and CAREGiver enquiries over the phone, ensuring relevant processes are followed
  • Coordinate Client services and CAREGiver schedules daily via our Relationship Management System (RMS)

About You

  • Be personable, approachable, motivated, reliable, and passionate with a can-do attitude
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Learn technologies quickly to interpret and analyze data
  • Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with flexibility, adaptability, and calmness under pressure
