About the Role

Sedgwick is seeking a skilled Repair Coordinator to join our Repair Solutions division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and their customers during times of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with partner builders to complete site assessments and building make-safe procedures.
  • Coordinate property repairs and facilitate smooth operations through effective communication with customers, clients, and service providers.
  • Perform service delivery tasks and maintain case systems and databases in accordance with agreed SLAs or management requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers through exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Record time and prepare invoices in accordance with Sedgwick's Time & Cost Recording Policy.
  • Manage agreements and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Previous office experience in insurance claims or construction.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in documentation management and record-keeping.
  • Client-focused mentality, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
