About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition by undertaking quality workmanship. Your primary role will involve timely and accurate completion of comprehensive quotes for accident repairs, while interacting with a range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Quote Management: Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to repair cost targets and procedures.
- Repair Coordination: Process vehicles through inspections and imaging, manage repair parts for timely arrival and cost effectiveness, and coordinate with suppliers for timely authorization of additional work.
- Production Management: Assist with production management when needed, ensuring vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in a similar position. You will have experience preparing estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry, with a strong understanding of systems and processes. Excellent customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. Experience with AudaNet and Ibody is highly desirable.
