Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with their equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate Equipment Deliveries: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment to customers, including transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns.
  2. Customer Service: Identify and respond to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Administration: Perform administrative duties, including generating hire schedules, invoicing, and other tasks as required.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, including customer loyalty, sales revenue, and safety.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Intermediate Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  5. Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, with a genuine interest in helping others.
