About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Officer in Sedgwick's Repair Solutions division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their corporate career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with our builder partners to complete site assessments and obtain specialist building reports.
  2. Coordinate property repairs and issue invoices to clients.
  3. Provide ongoing communication to all involved parties, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Requirements
  1. Confidence in using technology and Microsoft suite of applications.
  2. Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.
  3. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
