About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Revenue Operations to join our team at ClickView. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across our customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize revenue operations processes to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth in customer-facing teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with revenue goals
  • Utilize data and analytics to establish, measure, and monitor key metrics, track revenue performance, and identify trends and improvement areas
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts and provide recommendations to senior leadership
  • Oversee and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing to analyze lead generation data and align marketing efforts with sales goals
Requirements
  • Recent experience in a similar revenue operations role with 5+ years of experience in sales and/or operations
  • Proven experience contributing to revenue generation and growth
  • EdTech or SaaS experience highly regarded
  • Drive and passion to meet sales targets by taking ownership over contributions to team success
  • Highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools
