Key Responsibilities- Lead and optimize revenue operations processes to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth in customer-facing teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with revenue goals
- Utilize data and analytics to establish, measure, and monitor key metrics, track revenue performance, and identify trends and improvement areas
- Develop accurate revenue forecasts and provide recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing to analyze lead generation data and align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Recent experience in a similar revenue operations role with 5+ years of experience in sales and/or operations
- Proven experience contributing to revenue generation and growth
- EdTech or SaaS experience highly regarded
- Drive and passion to meet sales targets by taking ownership over contributions to team success
- Highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools
